We dreamed of an unspoilt place where nature dictates the pace and where every moment invites you to enjoy the good life. A haven to welcome our blended family, our friends and all those who, like us, enjoy sharing authentic moments of beautiful encounters, simple pleasures and conviviality.
On our very first visit, we were charmed by this old farmhouse with its unique character, nestled in the heart of 5 hectares of meadows and forests. Behind its old stones and sleepy outbuildings, we sensed a place full of promise, a soul to be awakened.
With our complementary sensibilities and skills, we reinvented the place without betraying its soul.
Lola, interior architect and designer, was able to reveal this soul by orchestrating a subtle encounter between the ancient and the contemporary. Pieces by renowned designers sit elegantly alongside the original raw materials, creating a singular atmosphere that is both refined and warm.
For his part, Pierre-Marc, an electrical engineer converted to the construction of wooden houses, has put his expertise at the service of renovation. His passion for wood and noble materials is reflected in every detail, giving the place a natural harmony, where accuracy and authenticity meet.
Today, Le Clos 1855 is much more than a guest house: it's a place to live and share, where we're passionate about sharing what drives us. Here, everything makes sense to us, and we hope you'll feel as at home as we do.
We look forward to introducing you to our world.
